WARRANTY, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Bescor accepts returns within 14 days of purchase but will incur a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the return freight to Bescor. Once item is returned and determined to be in like new condition a refund will be issued.

All orders will carry a non refundable $10.00 shipping and handling charge. Shipping method will be determined at bescor's discretion. If you would like expedited shipping, please call 631-420-1717 for rates.
Bescor products are covered under a 90 day warranty which protects against manufacturers defect. In the event of a warranty issue it is Bescor policy that the customer pays for the freight to us, we will then either repair or replace the item depending upon the issue. Once repaired/replaced Bescor will assume the cost of return freight, so long as the item is still within the 90 day warranty. Please note, this policy only applies to residents of the contiguous 48 states. Any warranty claims outside the 48 continental US states will require the customer to assume all freight costs.
